What to include in the box

After your order is confirmed, place a sheet of paper inside the box with:

Your order number
Your full name
Your complete return mailing address
Your email address and phone number

Do not include cables, batteries, cases, or other accessories unless requested. Use a sturdy corrugated box and enough padding to prevent movement. Your original packaging will be reused for return shipping if it is safe.

Shipping and packaging details

You pay to ship the controller to Techdoods. Do not use a padded envelope or retail display box by itself. Techdoods is not responsible for loss or damage before delivery. If your packaging cannot be safely reused, we will contact you before adding any replacement-packaging charge.

Repair and payment details

Work is limited to the service selected at the listed price after initial inspection. No additional work will be performed without your approval. We send the invoice after repair, calibration, and testing, and return the controller after payment. If no repair is completed, you are responsible for actual return shipping.

Warranty and eligibility details

The 90-day limited warranty covers the installed joystick parts and repair workmanship. It excludes physical or liquid damage, misuse, tampering, shipping damage, later repair attempts, and unrelated failures. Damaged boards, corrosion, counterfeit hardware, or extensive prior work may make a controller ineligible.
