Techdoods is currently an after-hours service provider. This keeps pricing fair while still delivering professional tools,
proactive protection, and reliable support for small businesses.
- Support hours: Weekdays 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, plus weekends (scheduled).
- Response goal: We respond within 48 hours (often sooner). Urgent issues are handled best-effort.
- Proactive monitoring: Runs continuously (automated alerts, patching, backups, security posture checks).
If your environment requires guaranteed 24/7 coverage or strict uptime SLAs, we can discuss a custom solution or partner escalation.
