Techdoods is currently an after-hours service provider. This keeps pricing fair while still delivering professional tools, proactive protection, and reliable support for small businesses.

  • Support hours: Weekdays 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, plus weekends (scheduled).
  • Response goal: We respond within 48 hours (often sooner). Urgent issues are handled best-effort.
  • Proactive monitoring: Runs continuously (automated alerts, patching, backups, security posture checks).

If your environment requires guaranteed 24/7 coverage or strict uptime SLAs, we can discuss a custom solution or partner escalation.

Standard (Pro IT) $1,000 / mo Up to 15 devices, scheduled on-site support (up to 5 hrs/mo, after-hours/weekends), backup management (up to 1 TB), bi-monthly security check-ins, AV/EDR & firewall management.
Includes Secure Workspace: everything in Essentials plus managed AV/EDR, cloud backup for email/files, DNS/web filtering. + $45/device; extra on-site $120/hr.
Premium (Advanced IT) $1,500 / mo Up to 25 devices, priority after-hours support, monthly security review & reporting, threat monitoring, incident response guidance, and cybersecurity training (2×/yr).
Includes Advanced Security Suite: everything in Secure Workspace plus conditional access & advanced MFA policies and a monthly security report. + $40/device.
