Service Notes

- Storage: Limited storage space. No storage fees for the first 14 days after completion notice; then $25/week, max $199.
- *Data Recovery: Data recovery is not guaranteed. Pricing reflects a best-effort recovery attempt and may depend on drive condition, capacity, recovery method, time required, and whether the drive must be cloned or imaged first. Drives that are clicking, beeping, not detected, liquid damaged, physically damaged, or severely failing may require a professional cleanroom recovery lab. A separate destination drive may be required for recovered files.
